職位描述:

Duties and responsibilities: 
? Responsible for product mechanical development cycles from concept design to aunch of mass production 
負責產品從概念設計到批量生產的機械研發周期內的工作； 
? Translate functional specifications into mechanical design requirements 
負責把產品的功能性規范轉換成機械設計需求； 
? Optimize the design for cost competitiveness and manufacturability 
優化設計達到具有競爭力的成本目標和可制造性； 
? Select mechanical components & materials based on design requirements and cost target 
根據設計要求和成本目標挑選機械零部件和材料； 
? Working closely with electronic development, suppliers and quality team to ensure a solid manufacturing process 與電子研發、供應商、質保團隊緊密合作保證穩定的生產過程； 
? Documentation of design details 
編制設計過程的具體文件； 
? Working closely with suppliers for rapid prototyping of mechanical parts 
與供應商緊密合作，完成機械零件的原型樣件； 
? Supporting of production process. 
支持生產過程； 
? Customer related communication 
與客戶進行業務溝通； 
? Moderation of D-FMEA and P-FMEA 
負責D - FMEA和參與P – FMEA 
Requirements: 
? Bachelor degree or plus in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from accredited universities 
機械工程專業的學士學位或以上同等認可的學位 
? 3 years min. mechanical design/engineering experience, preferable in automotive Industry 
三年以上機械設計經驗，汽車行業優先 
? Good understanding of packaging (transfer molding and plastic injection processes) 
熟悉電子元件的封裝工藝（傳遞模塑和注射模塑） 
? Solidworks, AUTOCAD or equivalent computer aided software using skills/experience 
精通Solidworks, AutoCAD 或同等CAD 軟件 
? Energetic team player with strong interpersonal skills 
具有較強的人際交往和團隊協作能力； 
? Business fluent English in both spoken and written language, German language skills optional 
流利的商務英語口語和書面表達能力(或德語）； 
? Willingness to travel domestic and international 
愿意經常國內外出差。
