工作要求Job Requirements:

1. 熟悉MS Office軟件, 良好的英語聽說讀寫；；

Good knowledge of MS office , good command both oral and written English skill;

2. 汽車行業背景, 有在不同業務部門工作的經驗(銷售，項目，運營等)；

Background of automotive industry, and experienced in variant business department (sales, project, operation etc);

3. 有產品線管理的相關經驗;

Product line management experience ;

4. 責任感,專注的,主動的;

Accountable, dedicated and proactive ;

5. 高動力和人際交往能力;

High motivated and strong interpersonal skill;

6. 領導能力和戰略性思維.

崗位職責Job Responsibilities:

1. 負責偉速達中國定義產品線的發展策略;

Responsible for VAST China sales/marketing strategy;

2. 作為負責人,協調偉速達中國內部,支持全球相關產品線的業務活動;

Coordinate within VAST China as a leader to support global product line development activities;

3. 負責該產品線產品整個生命周期的利潤預算和結果;

Responsible for P&L budget and results covering entire product life;

4. 負責該產品線產品整個生命周期的成本結構和不斷改進;

Responsible for product cost structure and continuously improvement;

5. 負責該產品線產品的報價和業務策略;

Responsible for RFQ and new business acquisition strategy;

6. 負責該產品線產品整個生命周期的投資規劃和預算批準;

Responsible for investment and budget approval covering entire product life;

7. 參與公司方針策略的規劃和管理,建立并執行長期的目標和任務;

Participates in formulating and administering company policies, establishing and execution of long-range goals and objectives;

8. 效力和效率方面的持續性改進;

Continuously improvement both for effectiveness and efficiency;

9. 擔任由總裁定義的不同管理委員會和任務的團隊成員或其他任務

Serves as a member of various management committees and task teams as identified by the President; or other task assigned.

10. 支持其他部門的工作;

Support other department
