工作要求Job Requirements1. 熟悉原材料的市場行情Familiar with cost structure and forming principle of plastic parts 2. 熟悉汽車行業采購渠道，了解采購程序, 有成本分析能力Familiar with the process of purchasing and good skill of price negotiating.3. 了解與采購相關的財務知識.4. 良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力Good skills of English listening, reading, write and spoken5. 良好的溝通與協調能力Good communication and co-ordination skills with other department崗位職責Job Responsibility1. 負責日常采購活動，包括供應商評估，報價，成本分析，合同談判，建議供應商和順利的溝通和協調與其他團隊和部門的合作To take care of the daily purchasing activities including supplier evaluation, RFQ, cost analysis, contract negotiation, proposal of supplier and smooth communication and coordination with other functional teams and department2. 采購，開發和管理供應商以支持業務發展To sourcing, develop and manage commodity supplier base to support the business development3. 不斷提高供應商在成本和價格穩定的質量和交貨績效的競爭力包括年度成本降低，供應鏈優先次序，合理化的供應基地，等等。To continually improve the competitiveness of supplier at cost and price at consistent quality and delivery performance including annual cost down, prioritizing of supply chain, rationalization of supplier base, etc.4. 提供有競爭力的采購解決方案和建議，支持發展新業務，增加市場份額To provide competitive purchasing solution and proposal to support the development of new business and increasing of market share5. 確保項目按照客戶要求的方向進行，及時交付To assure the on-time delivery of program at the orientation of customer6. 完成在采購過程中的各項要求及活動To fulfill other activities and requirement as in the purchasing process完成領導交付的其他工作安排To take the other tasks assigned by management質量環境與安全職責Responsibility for Quality/Environment/Safety Management System1. 了解公司質量環境方針，配合執行公司環境管理規定，遵守相關法律法規；Knowledge of environment policy about quality, implement environment policy, comply with laws of environment;2. 了解本部門環境因素。Knowledge of environment factor for quality department. 3. 保證所有相關活動符合公司政策和流程的安全實施；Ensure all relevant activities are carried out safely and securely, whilst observing company policies & procedures;
