崗位要求Job Requirements:1. 熟悉MS Office軟件, 良好的語言能力;Good knowledge of MS office , good language skill;2. 汽車行業背景, 熟悉TS16949流程;Experience in automotive industry, familiar with TS16949 process;3. 優秀的邏輯分析和系統問題解決能力;Excellent logical analysis and systematic problem resolving capability4. 熟悉公司產品主要零部件的市場狀況、成本結構及技術要求等；Familiar with market situation, cost structure and specification of major components of company’s products;5. 有責任感,專注的;Accountable, dedicated;6. 良好的計劃、協調和執行能力;Good skills on planning, coordination and execution;崗位職責 Job Responsibilities:1. 負責指定項目的生產性物料采購相關工作;Responsible for production material purchasing for assigned programs;2. 完成客戶詢價項目的材料成本評估；;Finish cost estimation for customer RFQ;3. 完成新項目生產性材料采購，滿足項目成本預算和時間節點;Finish new programs production material purchasing with cost under program budget and launch meeting program milestones;4. 管理供應商年度降價談判，監控年度降價完成情況;Take annual productivity negotiation with assigned suppliers and monitor execution progress;5. 潛在供應商開發，優化供應商結構，改善成本與質量;Seek for potential suppliers to optimize supplier base for better cost structure and quality;6. 完成部門分配的采購目標和KPI;Achieve purchasing objectives and KPI assigned by department;7. 效力和效率方面的持續性改進;Continuously improvement both for effectiveness and efficiency;8. 完成上級交辦的其它工作.Complete other assignments given by superior.
